don’t give her proactive. it doesn’t work at all. if she’s always down about her acne just tell her that you’ve noticed that and you thought that it might help her. but get her something else, too!

Proactiv is not the most effective acne treatment. Accutane would be a much better bet, but requires a prescription.
She’d be better off experimenting with the oil cleansing method, which has a higher success rate than proactiv.
