skin medications for acne? what is good?

I’ve been using erythromycin the tablet and cream for a while now. Im starting to notice though it seems like the pills arn’t working very well anymore for my complexion. What would be a good alternative…are there any other medications that work really well for acne? I don’t want to use accutane though.

      i’m using proactive and it really works! if your not so sure about it just buy the small one and try it for 2 weeks..
