Mylan launches generic version of Solodyn tablets in US

Open Question: Is there a prescription cream available which reduces sebum production but does not contain benzoyl peroxide?
and will not increase sensitivity to the sun?
I’ve been using a bp cream for a few weeks and found it fantastic but I was told to use it for no more than 6 weeks (and to be honest, I’ve been using it for a little longer than that. I’ve also been told that it is surprisingly bad for your skinlong termrm, causing the same damage to skin as sun-exposure.
Now that I’ve run out of the bp cream, I don’t want to accept oily skin and a re-appearance of acne so I want to use something other than bp which also cannot increase sun sensitivity because I’m off on holidays soon.
Anyone know of anything (preferably prescription but not specifically)?
Thanks.
