I am looking for a really good acne treatment?

I don’t have a lot of acne, only on my forehead, and I can’t say its really bad because its not. But it does bother me. I don’t break out a lot and when I do its only one spot, but that one gets really red and hurts a lot and than it scabs. So I have a lot of scars from them, and I want to get rid of them.       My friends had major breakout it was really nasty and disgusting looking shivers but igot her to use proactive work really nasty and they were gone in about 23 months.
