Open Question: Can vitamins clear my acne??? PLEASE, I need help?
I am a 21 year old female who has suffered from acne for as long as I can remember.
I have tried everything. I have spent sooo much money on the treatments, facials, ect and have NEVER had any benefits from ANY product. AT ALL!
I drink lots of water daily and exercise. My acne has hindered me in so many ways and i truly dont know if ill ever have freedom from acne, i just cant find anything that works and its ruining my life.
Please dont recommend seeing a dermatologist, i have several times and have NEVER benefited from that either.
what are my options??? Do i just have to live with acne?
oh and I have moderate acne with mild scarring from picking in the past.
Ill give anything to have clear skin. please help
