what types of acne medications do you use?

i’ve done research on both. but i am wondering if they actually work? Also, are there any other acne medications that you use that work really well?
listen, i’m desperate and so embarrassed by my acne, i will try ANYTHING.
(right now i use the Murad line to wash my face)
