Any acne medications that remove acne within a couple of weeks?

I’ve been battling with acne a long time and have tried many acne medications and still am not where I want to be. I see others who have had bad acne and within weeks, have very nice skin. I don’t want to ask them what they used, but are there medications out there that give results within days or weeks?
