Acne problems.good spot-treatment medications?

I have really good skin most of the time but everyonce in a while I’ll get a couple troublesome areas on my face….I’ve tried pure benzoyal (eh spelled wrong) peroxide and it doesn’t work….so i switched to Clean & Clear advanced spot treatment and that worked really well at first but now it’s not helping AT ALL….I’ve tried a couple facewashes but none of them have been great…

What are some really good acne spot medication???
